What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
For smaller lighter items the price is useraly £1.55. For larger items the price is £2.99. Tracking is added to orders over £30.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept Paypal and Stripe.

How long will delivery take?
Delivery rates vary on services used, for tracked items the shipping time is normally 2-3 days.
For items under the £30 threshold are shipped with Royal Mail 2nd class service. This usually takes 3-4 days, with a maximum of 14 days. Note that any order that takes over 14 days to be delivered must be reported to us.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data is protected by an ssl encrypted website and all payments are processed by payment processors like paypal and stripe.

What exactly happens after ordering?
Your order will be packed is available, or made overnight for dispatch the next day.
Note that larger orders can take upto 48h ours to process.
