Here we have a British Railway AWS and TPWS track equipment models found along most stretches of track. These systems are used to keep trains safe.
AWS:
This system is more interactive with the driver, normally a light or sunflower display within the drivers cabin. The driver then confirms acknowledgement with a AWS/TPWS button within a given time frame.
TPWS:
A pair of these are placed 50–450 metres on the approach side of the signal depending on speed of the line. They allow the system to detect the speed of the train as it passes. This links to other systems called TTS and OSS (Train Stop System) & (Overspeed Sensor System) This is also interactive with the driver.
This item will fit modern environments and add to that realistic look. They are built in OO gauge.
